PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an attic space room structure which can enhance the appearance quality (finishing quality) of an attic space room by eliminating a step etc. of an inner surface of the attic space room, and a construction method for the attic space room structure, which can shorten a construction time.;SOLUTION: Long-sized grade-adjusting wood, the leading end of which is formed in a tapered shape, is nailed in the state of being interposed in a gap 46 between a horizontal ceiling 32 of the attic space room structure 22 and an oblique ceiling 30 thereof, and a gap 52 between the oblique ceiling 30 and a vertical wall 28. A taper angle of the leading end of the grade adjusting wood corresponds to an angle between the gaps 46 and 52. This can prevent the occurrence of the step etc. on the inside surfaces of plaster boards 36, 40 and 44, and can enhance the appearance quality (finishing quality) of an attic space 24.
