PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent the occurrence of corrosion of a reactor as a result of cooling and condensation of moisture in a waste gas, the sticking of an adsorbent and clogging at the start of operation of a dry waste gas treatment apparatus.;SOLUTION: A blower fan 12 is provided in a waste gas passage on the upstream side of a reactor 3 packed in its interior with an adsorbent 4. Further, an air feed port 13 is provided on the upstream side of the blower fan 12, and a heater 15 for heating air introduced through the air feed port 13 is provided. At the start of the operation, air 14 is introduced through the air feed port 13, is heated by the heater 15 and fed into the reactor 3 to preheat the reactor 3 and the adsorbent 4 within the reactor 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
