PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experimental device for chemical substance dissipation quantity measurement which measures the chemical substance quantity under a stable condition. PSOLUTION: This device is equipped with a laboratory equipped with an air introduction part and an air derivation part, for storing a measuring object, a measuring chamber surrounding the laboratory, an air purification device for the measuring chamber connected through an intake part and an exhaust part provided in the measuring chamber, an air conditioner for temperature humidity control connected through the intake part and the exhaust part provided in the measuring chamber, and an air conditioner for the laboratory connected through the air introduction part in the laboratory and an intake part provided in the measuring chamber. Constant-temperature constant-humidity control by a cooling coil and a heater is performed by a first temperature sensor and a first humidity sensor provided on the air derivation part of the laboratory, and control of the rotational frequency of a fan in the air purification device for the measuring chamber and operation of a cooling coil and a warm water coil of the air conditioner for temperature humidity control is performed by a second temperature sensor and a second humidity sensor provided in the intake part of the air conditioner for the laboratory.
