PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate application of depreciable property even in a case such that the depreciable property is frequently moved during an application year.;SOLUTION: In this application document preparation system, a current year application information generation unit 114 generates current year application information by a processor 102 based on inventory information stored by an inventory information storage unit 111, and a current year application information storage unit 115 stores the current year application information generated by the generation part 114 in a storage device 101. A moved property determination unit 116 determines, based on previous year application information stored by a previous year application information storage unit 113 and the current year application information stored by the storage unit 115, a depreciable property having an application destination changed between the previous year and the current year of a plurality of depreciable properties by the processor 102, and an application document preparation unit 123 forms application documents to be presented to the previous year application destination of the depreciable property determined by the moved property determination unit 116 and a current year application destination thereof among a plurality of application destinations by the processor 102.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
