PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate application of depreciable property even when the depreciable property is frequently moved during an application year.;SOLUTION: A current year application information generation part 114 generates current year application information by a processor 102 based on inventory information stored by an inventory information storage part 111, and a current year application information storage part 115 stores the current year application information generated by the generation part 114 in a storage device 101. A moved property determination part 116 determines, based on previous year application information stored by a previous year application information storage part 113 and the current year application information stored by the storage part 115, a depreciable property having an application destination changed between the previous year and the current year of a plurality of depreciable properties by the processor 102, and an application document preparation part 123 prepares application documents to be presented to the previous year application destination of the depreciable property determined by the moved property determination part 116 and a current year application destination thereof among a plurality of application destinations by the processor 102.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
