PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate binding work and to positively bind for preventing slackness. ;SOLUTION: This binding member 11 is made up of an elastic plate part 12 formed into a ring shape having a gap in its one part, and locking parts 13 formed at both ends of the elastic plate part 12, so as to be folded in the reverse directions to each other with a minimum radius of curvature. By caulking the binding member 11, the respective locking parts 13 are engaged with each other and fixed. The respective locking parts 13 are formed by folding each of them into U-shape. The net-like plate constituting a pet cage may be bound with the binding members 11, or the net-like plate constituting a pet circle may be bound with the binding members 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
