PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain highly accurate signal compositing, even if the received signal-to-noise ratio is considerably low for each antenna element. SOLUTION: A receiving module 2 converts received signals into intermediate frequencies by locally signals from the first local oscillator 3, and converts them into digital signals by an A/D converter 4 to input the signals to a quasi- synchronization detector 5. The quasi-synchronization detector 5 converts received signals into in-phase and orthogonal components by signals from the second local oscillator 6. A signal power estimation unit 7 estimates the value for the signal power of modulated signals included in the reference antenna element, under the condition that one antenna element having the maximum received power is the reference antenna element. A weighting coefficient computing unit 8 computes a weighting coefficient of each antenna element from the estimated value for the signal power, and corrects the amplitude phase of each antenna element by the weighting coefficient.
