PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic light emitting display, capable of controlling the generation of static electricity when forming an organic film by using a laser transfer method.;SOLUTION: This donor substrate for laser induced thermal imaging is equipped with a base material layer, a light-heat conversion layer formed throughout the entire surface on the base material layer, an antistatic film formed in the upper part of the light-heat conversion layer throughout the entire surface on the base material layer, a transfer layer formed throughout the entire surface on the antistatic layer, and a conductive frame formed on the outer fringe part of the donor substrate and connected to the antistatic film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
