PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy for a heat sink having better thermal conductivity than that of the conventional Al-Si die casting alloy while keeping its die castability.;SOLUTION: This aluminum alloy material for a heat sink has a composition containing, by weight, 0.002 to 0.08% B, 4.0 to 14.0% Si and 0.2 to 1.0% Fe, and the balance aluminum with inevitable impurities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
