PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific strain of the genus Pseudomonas, having a plant growth-accelerating power useful for the growth of agricultural crops and a partial substituting function of a chemical fertilizer, and also a microorganism preparation containing the specific strain of the genus Pseudomonas and secondary metabolites produced by the strain as active ingredients. PSOLUTION: This RRj228 (KCTC 10812BP) strain of the genus Pseudomonas expressed by sequence number 1, fixing at the surface and inside of the roots of the plant, accelerating the growth of the plant instead of the chemical fertilizer on cultivating the crops is provided. The environmentally compatible microorganism preparation contains the strain and the secondary metabolites produced from the strain, and the preparation can promote the saving of the chemical fertilizer, stabilization of the crops productivity, maintenance of the water quality and soil environment, and soundness of the soil ecosystem.
