The invention provides compounds of formula (I): wherein: RSUP2 /SUPand RSUP3 /SUPindependently represent various substituents; RSUP1 /SUPand RSUP4 /SUPindependently represent H, F, Cl, Br, CSUB1-2/SUBalkyl, CSUB1/SUBalkoxy, OH, CN, or NOSUB2/SUB; B represents a sulfur atom or a -CHSUB2/SUB-group; t represents 3 or 4; and A represents an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocyclic ring, or an optionally substituted bicyclic heterocyclic ring system in which at least the ring bound to the group B in Formula (I) is aromatic; or a salt thereof. Preferably, A is selected from one of the groups (i), (ii) or (iii): wherein XSUP1 /SUPand XSUP2 /SUPare independently N or CRSUP8/SUP, and XSUP3 /SUPis NRSUP8/SUP, O or S; YSUP1 /SUPand YSUP3 /SUPare independently N or CRSUP9/SUP, and YSUP2 /SUPis NRSUP9/SUP, O or S; ZSUP1 /SUPis NRSUP10/SUP, O or S, and ZSUP2 /SUPand ZSUP3 /SUPare independently N or CRSUP10/SUP; RSUP8/SUP, RSUP9/SUP, and RSUP10 /SUPare as herein defined, and RSUP7 /SUPis H, a halogen atom, OH, cyano, nitro, CSUB1-4/SUBalkyl, CSUB1-4/SUBalkoxy, CSUB1-4/SUBalkylenedioxy, CSUB1-4/SUBalkanoyl, or CSUB1-4/SUBalkylsulfonyl, an optionally substituted 3-, 4-, 5- or 6-membered cycloalkyl ring, or a group of the formula (a), (b), (c) or (d) as defined by the formulas (a), (b), (c) or (d). The compounds are modulators of dopamine DSUB3 /SUBreceptors and have potential in the treatment of psychotic conditions (e.g. schizophrenia) or substance abuse.
