PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a road on which one's own vehicle is traveling with high accuracy. ;SOLUTION: A candidate selecting section 44 selects a candidate road corresponding to a current position calculated at a current position calculating section 43 based on a map data. From the data of VICS (road traffic information communication system) received by a beacon receiving/processing section 14, a link number acquiring section 46 acquires a link number corresponding to the transmitter of that data.
