PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game parlor facility device and a card game system to rapidly execute a game termination process based on the operation by a player without giving disadvantage to the player.;SOLUTION: When the information stored in each game card and the equivalent information stored in a card file of a card management device are compared, the adjustment based on the number of owned balls stored in the card management device is permitted if the number of owned balls stored in the game card is smaller than the number of owned balls stored in the card management device and the comparison between the price information and the identification information is the same. When a return switch is pressed, a game card is returned immediately. When the winning should be generated just before the termination of a game, the increase of the owned balls based on the winning is received by the card management device and is stored in the card management device even if the game card was discharged.
