The composition comprises 0.5-5.0 wt.% of an antimicrobial agent constituted of an inorganic material such as silver, a silver allay, silver oxide, etc. The inorganic granule component is selected from a natural stone such as silica rock, olivine, feldspar, pyroxene, granite, etc., and materials such as ceramic, glass, metal, etc. A natural or artificial fine component such as calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, etc., may be cited as the fine granule component.
