PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable multi-layer film which is highly pliable and efficiently heat-sealable.;SOLUTION: This unoriented multi-layer film contains [1] not less than 50 wt.% of a lactic acid polymer (a) as a content ratio in the film and [2] comprises at least one layer (A) containing less than 40 to 10 wt.% or more of the lactic acid polymer (a) and 60 to 90 wt.% of a polyester (b) other than the lactic acid polymer (a)(provided (a)+(b)=100 wt.%) and [3] at least one layer (B) containing 60 to 80 wt.% of the lactic acid polymer (a) and 40 to 20 wt.% of the polyester (b) other than the lactic acid polymer (a) (provided (a)+(b)=100 wt.%).
