PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To experience belt tension in respective modes by an occupant at desired time.;SOLUTION: CPU 4 outputs a belt tension control signal for setting belt tension to the tension in the mode selected by the occupant to a belt tension control device based on belt tension control mode information from a belt tension control mode false signal output means 20 operated by the occupant. The belt tension control device operates a seat belt retractor 2 according to the output signal from the CPU 4 and controls it such that the belt tension simulatedly becomes the tension in the mode selected by the occupant.
