PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fast-curable curing catalyst for a silyl group containing organic polymer low in toxicity and environmental contamination, and a moisture-curable composition comprising the same.;SOLUTION: The curing catalyst for the silyl group containing organic polymer is composed of a hafnium compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R is a 1-10C hydrocarbon group and 4×4R may be the same or different) and has at least one silicon atom bonded to a hydrolyzable group at a terminal or a side chain of the molecule.
