PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide blow molded articles excellent in shortening their molding cycle and their outward appearance while retaining their flexural strength, flexural rigidity and impact strength in lightening glass fiber-containing molded articles. SOLUTION: This glass fiber-containing material for blow molding comprises (A) 30-98 wt.% glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin pellet which contains a thermoplastic resin and 10-90 wt.% glass fibers arranged parallel to one another and has 2-100 mm length, (B) 2-50 wt.% inorganic filler and (C) 0-70 wt.% thermoplastic resin. This blow molded article can be produced by the injection blow molding of the molding material.
