SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an advertisement information transmitting means 1 which transmits advertisement information regarding the article or service, a user terminal 3 which is connected thereto through a network 4, a charge calculating means 26 which calculates the charge for the article or service, the printer 5 which is connected to the user terminal, and a printing judging means 35 which judges whether the advertisement information regarding the article or service has been printed on the printer. When it is judged that the advertisement information has been printed and ordering input information on the article or service is inputted from the user terminal, information related to the printing is sent to the charge calculating means 26 together with the ordering input information.
