PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network data management device and the like, for optimizing a data volume of a social network for a user, and preparing network data for high-speed drawing.;SOLUTION: The network data management device includes: an input part 11 for inputting a plurality of nodes constituting a communication network and a link of an internode communication line thereof; a data registration processing part 12 for registering network information to a data accumulation part 13 together with a link strength; a data output part 14 for outputting the accumulated network information to the outside; and a data management control part 15 for controlling operation of the parts. A closed path detecting part 16 for detecting a portion constituting a closed path in the internode communication line, in the accumulated network information, and a link interruption determining part 17 for specifying the link of the weakest strength in the links in the closed path portion, are provided in addition to the data management control part 15.
