PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis system for vehicle that can achieve adequate answers to requests from a plurality of external devices. PSOLUTION: The diagnosis system for vehicle that enables diagnosis information to be requested and answered among an ECU 70 in the vehicle, a center 42, and a dedicated tool 44 and diagnoses the vehicle on the basis of diagnosis information that an external device obtains is equipped with a communication module 12 capable of two-way communication with the center 42, a communication controller 20 controlling the communication of the communication module, and a communication network which connects the communication controller and ECU together and to which the dedicated tool 44 can be connected. The ECU has a function of generating a diagnosis answer signal including different kinds of pieces of diagnosis information according to kinds of requests from the center 42 and dedicated tool 44 and the communication controller transmits only a diagnosis answer signal including a designated kind of diagnosis information among diagnosis answer signals obtained through the communication network to the center 42 through the communication module.
