PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for assembling/disassembling a temporary working platform having a high height while eliminating works at high elevations, and to provide a method for assembling/disassembling the temporary work platform using the apparatus as well as the temporary working platform. ;SOLUTION: A polygonal plane is encircled with screw shafts 63 erected at respective apical angle locations thereof, and the lower ends of the screw shafts 63 are synchronously connected to a driving device via screw shaft rotating mechanisms 65, respectively. Nut mechanisms 6 are screwed on the peripheries of the respective screw shafts 63, which are connected together by a receiving frame 62. Thus, a jack device 5 for moving up and down the receiving frame 62 according to forward and backward rotation of the screw shafts 63 is constituted.
