PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a rattling noise by disappearing an excess gap between an operation lever and an adjust pin, to smoothly turn the adjust pin in the case where a grasp tab is adjusted and to hardly scoop a lever body and a knocker by the turning of the adjust pin.;SOLUTION: A resilient member 24 is accommodated in a recessed portion 23e provided on a center axis of an adjust pin 23. The adjust pin 23 is attached into a pin hole 22 and the resilient member 24 is shrinkingly provided between the recessed portion 23e and a bottom wall 12h. The adjust pin 23 is urged to an upward direction of the pin hole 22 by a resilient force of the resilient member 24 and a motion is restricted with no rattling by an elastic surface abutment of a cam clutch part 23a and an upper arm 12c. Since the resilient force of the resilient member 24 is applied onto the center axis of the adjust pin 23, the adjust pin is not inclined.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
