PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a microphone unit for improving sensitivity of a miniaturized microphone unit, and also to provide an electronic device equipped with the microphone unit, and a mounting method of the microphone unit.;SOLUTION: A microphone unit 3 is mounted on a mounting board 4 in a condition, in which a first acoustic space A surrounded by an inner wall of a case 6, an oscillation film 9, and an inner board 13, and a second acoustic space B surrounded by a rubber boot 22, the inner board 13, and the mounting board 4 are formed. The first acoustic space A and the second acoustic space B are coupled with continuity through an inner board through hole 18 formed at the inner board 13.
