PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar molding in which interference between the die of a press moving up and down and a resin band can be prevented, and bending work of a terminal part can be carried out with high efficiency and high precision, and to provide its production process and an electronic unit.;SOLUTION: In the bus bar molding 10 where a plurality of terminal parts 17 are juxtaposed on a bus bar 12 punched from a conductive substrate and a resin band 25 for correcting alignment is formed integrally on the forward end side of the plurality of terminal parts 17, a first bend 21 is formed at each of the plurality of terminal parts 17 by bending the resin band 25 inward at a small bending angle θ1, a second bend 22 is formed at a position on the under side of the first bend 21 by inward bending at a large bending angle θ2 using a press, and then the resin band 25 is offset from the die 45 of the press moving up and down.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
