PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device using a temperature detection part of non-contact type, performing correct temperature detection and correct temperature control.;SOLUTION: On the temperature control device 80, surface temperature of a fixing roller 61 is calculated by using a temperature corresponding table 124 on which corresponding relation between a value of output voltage of an NTC thermistor 101 for detecting heat of infrared-ray from a fixing roller 61 and surface temperature of the fixing roller 61 is shown at every value of output voltage of the NTC thermistor 102 for compensation. Here, on the temperature corresponding table 126, each output voltage value of the NTC thermistors 101, 102 is set so that the difference of adjacent values of compensation temperatures corresponding to each output value of the NTC thermistor 102 becomes smaller than that of the surface temperature of the fixing roller 61 corresponding to each output value of the NTC thermistor 101.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
