PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor suppressing flowing-out of lubricating oil to the outside by circulating the lubricating oil inside the compressor when it is operated. ;SOLUTION: A first communicating cutout part 27 extending from an inner wall face 26 to a chip seal groove is provided in a part close to spiral center on a movable spiral wall 2a on which the chip seal groove 24 is formed on an end face in the axial direction. Furthermore, a second communicating cutout part 29 extending from an outer wall face 28 to the chip seal groove is provided in a part close to spiral outer periphery of the movable spiral wall.
