PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate control valve capable of exercising two valve functions of a throttle valve and a bypass check valve by one valve with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: A valve seat face 7 is formed on a lower face of a projection 6 mounted on an inner peripheral face in a chamber 3 at a B-port 5 side, a spindle bearing 9 is formed on an upper end portion of the projection 6, a threaded hole 12 is formed on a spindle base 11 mounted on a bottom face of a chamber 3, a screw portion 14 formed on a lower portion of the spindle 13 is engaged with the threaded hole 12, an upper end portion of the spindle 13 is supported by the spindle bearing 9, a valve plate 15 is supported on the spindle base 11 by a spring 16 in a state that the spindle 13 is penetrated through an orifice hole 18 formed on the valve plate 15, an upper face edge portion 17 capable of being kept into contact with and separated from the valve seat face 7, is formed on the valve plate 15, a part penetrated through the orifice hole 18, of the spindle 13 is formed as a taper portion 20, and a dimension of a clearance 19 between the orifice hole 18 and the taper portion 20 is changeable by vertical movement of the spindle 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
