PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a granular glycidyl group-containing acrylic resin designed to have a low measured glass transition temperature (Tg) of ≤ 45°C that does not firmly solidify nor aggregate during transportation and storage, and the deterioation of the evenness of the obtained coating film is suppressed.;SOLUTION: The composition of a granular glycidyl group-containing acrylic resin comprises dry-mixing the granular glycidyl group-containing acrylic resin (A) and a compounding agent (B) for coating in the amount of ≥ 0.5 pt.wt. of component (B) to 100 pts.wt. of component (A). The grain size of the acrylic resin (A) is such that the amount of grains passing through a 1.7 mm opening (10 mesh) screen is ≤ 40wt% and has a measured glass transition temperature (Tg) of 30-45°C. The compounding agent (B) has a melting point or a measured glass transition temperature (Tg) of ≥ 45°C and one or more kind selected from the group consisting of a polycarboxyl hardener, ultraviolet absorber, hindered amine-based light stabilizer, reactive diluent, benzoin, antioxidant and bisphenol A type epoxy resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
