PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel mounted with a fingerprint recognizing function with improved product stability and mounting quality for higher display screen quality and longer product life, and to provide its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The touch panel to be applied to an electronic device comprises a transistor plate having thin film transistors arranged in arrays, a plurality of conductive blocks formed on the transistor plate and electrically connected to the thin film transistors, respectively, a supporting pattern layer formed on the transistor plate and having a plurality of openings to which at least parts of the conductive blocks are exposed, and an elastic conductive film layer arranged on the supporting pattern layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
