PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of effective lines and to clearly display an irregular effective line. SOLUTION: A translucent board 31 is configured by longitudinally overlapping a first transparent plate 33A and a second transparent plate 33B. On the first transparent plate 33A, horizontal linear parts 35A, 35B and 35C corresponding to first, second and third effective lines L1, L2 and L3 are formed. On the second transparent plate 33B, a linear part 35D inclined to right and a linear part 35E inclined to left corresponding to fourth and fifth effective lines L4 and L5 are formed. Light shielding parts 42 are respectively formed on the central parts of the respective linear parts 35A-35E. In positions adjacent to both left and right side end faces 39 and 40 of the first transparent plate 33A and the second transparent plate 33B, LED lamps 32a-32j for illuminating the respective linear parts 35A-35E are located.
