PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal plate or the like extremely improved in an anti-scratching property and anti-finger print-adhesion and further enhanced in an electric conductivity on a black metal plate.;SOLUTION: The resin-coated metal plate is coated with a resin film containing a white pigment and/or a bright pigment on one or both sides of a black side surface of a black metal plate being black on its one side or both sides, the thickness of the resin coating film is 0.5-10 μm, an added amount of the white and/or the bright pigment contained in the resin coating film is 1-25 mass% and the color tone of the resin-coated metal plate satisfies L value of 44.0-60.0 determined by a color difference meter made by Nippon Denshoku KK(SZS-Σ90).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
