PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storm sewage pump operation supporting device capable of obtaining storm sewage discharge process control information, which is useful for efficiently draining the storm sewage flowing into a storm pump well to a river by a storm sewage pump, and a storm sewage draining system provided with the storm sewage pump operation supporting device.;SOLUTION: The storm sewage draining system 1 is provided with the storm sewage pump operation supporting device 2 capable of providing drainage process control information including the control information of the storm sewage pump 6 when the storm sewage flowing into the pump well 5 through an inflow trunk line 3 is drained by the storm sewage pump 6 from the pump well 5.
