PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the objective evaluation of a driver in a taxi evaluation method, taxi evaluation program and taxi evaluation device for evaluating a taxi, by collecting and storing, in a center, information such as a traveling route of the taxi with a customer on board, displaying, on receipt of a request from the customer by the center, the traveling route and an average traveling route to the customer to collect its verification result transmitted from the customer, and providing a point to the customer and a tip point to a good driver.;SOLUTION: This method comprises steps of receiving and storing traveling information for traveling of the taxi with the customer on board; transmitting the traveling information stored, on receipt of a request of the traveling information from the customer who boarded the taxi; and receiving an evaluation inputted by the customer in response to the transmitted traveling information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
