PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human error classification system which classifies human errors effectively in order to take effective preventive measures. PSOLUTION: The human error classification system classifies human errors that occurred into nine error types by classifying them based on: the causes of lacking attention to correct operation and judgment (S1): whether wrong operation or misjudgment has been done (S2): the causes of paying attention to the wrong operation or misjudgment (S3): and the kind of wrong operation or misjudgment (S4).
