PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an error classification determination support system that can support determination as to to which error classifications human errors that have caused various types of events belong.;SOLUTION: There is provided an error classification determination support system that supports determination as to to which error classifications human errors that have caused events, the system including: a terminal device 1 that transmits information related to input error classifications and displays explanatory information related to received events; and a server device 2 that has a database storing preset error classifications and explanatory information related to a plurality of events corresponding to the error classifications, and reads out, from the database, explanatory information related to one or more events corresponding to the information related to the error classifications transmitted from the terminal device 1 and transmits the read-out explanatory information to the terminal device 1.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
