The system has magnets (2, 4) respectively fixed into distribution and driving pinions (1, 3). The pinions are stacked with respect to each other. A space between the pinions is realized through coaxial parts of the pinions using wedges (7), where the wedges are placed transversal to the coaxial parts. A mechanical bearing (5) is fixed on the pinions. A rotating stop (6) is positioned at the center of the bearing.
