This gives Antibodies (e.g., IgG Antibodies) that have Extensions c-terminal cysteine content that facilitates the conjugation of Antibody associated to a Molecule (e.g. a Drug, toxin Protein, a Molecule Marker, Radioisotope or other Agen You Therapeutic).Methods are provided for Preparation, screening and selection of Antibodies according to this application.
