The exchanger has a set of tubes immersed in a tank. A nozzle, which is diverted from a chimney, is connected to a sleeve of a gas chamber such that hot gases from combustion are forced to cross upwards through the tubes to the tank. Conductor materials are mounted vertically in the exchanger. Oversized diameter openings promote passage of cooled gas. Two sleeves are provided in a vessel, and other two sleeves are provided in an output of a heating circuit.
