AMINOPIRAZINE ANALOGS FOR TREATMENT OF GLAUCOMA AND OTHER DISEASES OR CONDITIONS MEDIATED BY RHO KINASE. The present invention relates to methods for employing aminopyrazine analogs to treat rho kinase-mediated diseases or rho kinase-mediated conditions, including intraocular pressure control and treatment of glaucoma. Also described are ophthalmic pharmaceutical compositions useful in the treatment of eye diseases such as glaucoma, and additionally useful for the control of intraocular pressure, compositions comprising an effective amount of aminopyrazine analogs.
