Tunneling hydroelectric power, capable of generating hydroelectric energy through the abstraction of water within the riverbed (G), uses their natural slopes (A, B) to power one or more submerged turbines (I-1) at downstream without the use of dams of any kind, called tunneling hydroelectric. Said hydroelectric, consisting of a set of pipes of large diameters, (O5) that seated in the riverbed, lead downstream water, where at the end of them are placed low-power submerged turbines for energy production.
