Use of capsular polysaccharide of different serogroups of Neisseria meningitidis as immunopotentiators, agents and immunomodulators, useful for Vaccine Development. In the present Invention are given these polysaccharides to enhance the immune response against heterologous antigens that have been co administered via muscusal.Obtain multiple formulations of capsular polysaccharides of N. meningitidis and heterologous antigens to be administered by mucosal routes produce immunogenicity levels similar to those obtained after parenteral Administration of combinations similar to or Btenidos after parenteral Administration of similar combinations.The use of these polysaccharides as immunopotentiators can dispense with the use of other mucosal adjuvants. This new use of capsular polysaccharides of N. meningitidis antigenic and the resulting formulations are applicable in the pharmaceutical industry as Therapeutic or preventive vaccinal formulations.
