Equipment used for measuring the relative movement in the horizontal plane and current tilt in the vertical plane between rock blocks or parts of buildings. In the case of variations of movement within the Hook's law can be used an apparatus for detecting the size and direction of the force (voltage) in a horizontal plane. Equipment can also be used to measure very small acceleration in the horizontal plane. The device consists of a suspension (1) of the pendulum, which is fixedly connected to one point (A) environment, the own pendulum (2), which is in a horizontal plane located scanned pattern (3), the hinge of the camera (6), which is fixedly connected to the second point (B) medium, the camera (6) and the optical element (7) that detect with high magnification and resolution illuminated sensing pattern (3). The invention is characterized in that instead of a precise angle measurement is measured relative displacement sensing patterns (3) in the camera view (6) at high magnification images and high resolution cameras (6) relative to the reference pattern. Non-contact optical measurement allows virtually eliminate the effect of friction and other stresses exerted associated with scanning deflection. Digital cameras record enables measurements to automate high-frequency repetitive measurements and achieve almost continuous record a gain dependence inclination, displacement and angular displacement between two points in time.
