Single-step preparation process of 1,3,4,6-tetra-0-acetyl-2-ammonium-2-deoxy-beta-D-glucopyranose-hydrochloride and mixture of 1,3,4,6-tetra-0-acetyl-2-ammonium-2-deoxy-alpha/beta-D-glucopyranose-hydrochloride
One step preparation of 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2-ammonium-2-deoxy-.beta.-D-glucopyranose-hydrochloride mixture of 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2- amonium-2-deoxy-.alfa./.beta.-D-glukopyranosy-hydrochloridu. Method resides in the fact that D-glucosamine hydrochloride was acetylated in an acidic medium, preferably acetyl chloride under acidic conditions. Treatment of the reaction time can be obtained either 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-2-ammonium-2-deoxy-.beta.-D-glucopyranose hydrochloride I or a mixture of 1,3,4,6-tetra-O -acetyl-2-amonium-2-deoxy-.alfa./.beta.-D glykopyranosy hydrochloride II. Compound is used for the production and preparation of the product having a transport and complexing ability of the drug substances, optionally in the preparation of components and products serving as immunomodulating agents, or modulators form a liposome.
