In the present invention, there is disclosed a pharmaceutical kit for therapeutic management of infertility by programming controlled ovarian stimulation and assisted reproduction techniques, which pharmaceutical kit includes: a) LHRH antagonist for suppression of premature ovulation in controlled ovarian stimulation and assisted reproductive technique; b) progestogen alone or, alternatively, a combined oral contraceptive composition for programming the start of controlled ovarian stimulation; c) exogenous stimulation composition for the growth of the ovarian follicle; and d) HCG, native LHRH, LHRH-agonists or recombinant LH for ovulation induction, wherein the kit is intended for application during assisted reproductive techniques, particularly IVF, ICSI, GIFT, ZIFT or intrauterine insemination by sperm injection.
