In the present invention, there is disclosed a communication and control device for warning and cautionary information or navigation systems employed particularly in means of conveyance consisting of a complex module (SHS), which includes at a temperature ranging from one control unit (WCR) with possible connection to at least one inlet (IN) of an external input signal, further to at least one initiating and displaying circuit (OUT), to an external power supply unit (EXT POWER) and to external transmitting and receiving circuits as well as to communication ports (EXT ANT COM). The invention is characterized in that said complex module (SHS) further comprises at least one controlled data transducer (DTD) with integrated segments (SGMF) of frequency changer signal conversions, which is built-in inside or outside of the complex module (SHS). The control unit (WCR) is provided with both at least one integrated transmission module (RRF-M) for processing communication data and with an integrated internal control power supply unit (ATC - REF INT POWER), which is connected with said external power supply unit (EXT POWER). The control unit (WCR) also comprises at least one integrated internal transmitting and receiving circuit (INTER ANT) the connection of which with the external transmitting and receiving circuits and the communication ports (EXT ANT COM) is executed either through the mediation of the integrated transmission module (RRF-M), or directly by the way between the integrated internal transmitting and receiving circuits (INTER ANT) and the external transmitting and receiving circuits and the communication ports (EXT ANT COM). The control unit (WCR) is further connected to the communication ports (EXT ANT COM) via the controlled data transducer (DTD), which is also connected to said integrated internal control power supply unit (ATC - REF INT POWER).
