PORTABLE UNIT FOR CEMENTING OIL OR GAS WELLS

A portable unit for cementing oil or gas wells comprises a number of blocks arranged on one mobile base and connected by a system of pipes and provided with stop valves. The unit comprises a pump block having two power sources connected with two triplex plunger pumps; a block of receiving and distributing technological liquids comprising a measuring containers and a water charging pump; a block for preparing grouting mortars comprising a mixing unit including a mixing container equipped with an agitator and a mixer in its upper part, the mixer in its turn comprises a unit dry cement supply from a pneumatic of supply to the mixer, a collector with a device for water supply regulation, and a recirculation unit comprising a recirculation pump, all said blocks are arranged successively along the vertical axis and connected by pipes; an averaging block comprising an averaging chamber with an agitator; wherein the mixing container of the block for preparing grouting mortars is embodied at one with the averaging chamber of the averaging block due to one common partition equipped with a valve in its bottom part, its height is less than other chamber walls; the mixing container in its bottom part is communicated with a recirculation pipe branch, which is connected via the recirculation pump with the recirculation unit in the mixer, the averaging chamber is embodied in its bottom part with a pipe branch for discharging prepared grouting mortar, a hydro-mechanical agitator is arranged in the averaging chamber and provided with blades positioned in the middle part of the mixer working shaft; a control unit comprising an operator seat with all necessary control and management devices, all blocks are pipe-connected and equipped with stop valves. The proposed portable unit for cementing oil or gas wells provides continuous mortar preparation with high homogeneity rate.
