New Compounds are disclosed which include a ciclobutendiona 1 to 18 ciclobutendiona ring a substituted phenyl ring, and a Rest - ch (C2H5) - Furan. The phenyl ring and the rest - ch (C2H5) - Furan Ring are both linked to the ciclobutendiona through a Rest - NH -.It also revealed the uses of compounds 1 to 18 for the preparation of a Medicament for treating Diseases mediated by chemokines (e.g., cancer, COPD, acute and chronic inflammatory disorders, psoriasis, Asthma and cystic fibrosis).
