The device has plants such as zanthoxyllum, with thorns planted along multiple rows which delimits a zone to be protected. The branches of the plants are tied to the branches of the neighboring plants by braiding the branches between them and/ or by tying the ends of the branches. The rows are separated from one another. The used thorn plants consist of cultivated clump plants. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating an anti-intrusion defensive plant hedge device.
