A stand contains a base 1, a mobile basic plate 4 and roller 7 frame 6 linked with it by ladometer 5, thus the plate 4 with the base is linked by a vertical rotary support and the mechanism 3 of rotation. The tested pneumatic bus is placed on the shaft which by drive line 14 and a reducer is linked with the drive 16. With said shaft a damping suspension rod 12 is elastically linked with a rod 11 interposed in vertical guide 10 and put on the suspension calibrated weight 13. The stand is equipped by transmitters 17, 18 and 19 for measurement of the vertical rod movement, and the transmitter 20 for measurement of rotation of the mobile basic plate 4 with respect to the base.
